High Tensile Stud Manufacturer

The High Tensile Stud manufactured by AEPL is mostly made of Carbon Steel or Boron Steel, which provides it its high mechanical strength. We make them in a variety of sizes, from M1 to M16 for fasteners and M2 to M100 for bolts, as well as different shapes, such as Hex (stronger than others due to geometric shape and size), Square, Round, Hex Flange, Flat Types, and so on, as per customer need.

An added coating for protection and better performance:

At times, we need to add an external coating over them to improve its properties. The coating can be done by zinc phosphate which ensures its better performance by protecting it from corrosion. Hence, reducing the chances of mechanical damage.
